andrabucur.com presents Andra’s work: The Pelvic Code, dance classes, retreats, breathwork, rituals and the brands she collaborates with. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Not medical advice

The Pelvic Code, pelvic movement, dance, oil and herbal rituals, womb energetics, breathwork and cold-water practice are wellness, movement and educational practices inspired by tradition and personal experience. They are not medical, physiotherapeutic or psychological treatment.

• Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing here replaces a consultation with a doctor, gynaecologist, physiotherapist or psychologist.
• Conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, infections, pelvic pain, pelvic-floor problems, heart or blood-pressure conditions, pregnancy and the postpartum period need medical care. Speak with your doctor before starting a new practice, and keep following their advice.
• Words used in a traditional or energetic sense (such as “cold”, “warm” or “hot” womb, “cleansing” or “activation”) describe felt experience and ritual, not medical states or effects.
• If something hurts or feels wrong, stop and seek medical advice. Do not delay or stop medical treatment because of anything you read here.

3. Movement, breathwork and cold water

Any physical practice carries some risk. You take part voluntarily, you are responsible for judging whether a practice suits your health, and you agree to tell Andra before a class, session or retreat about any condition, injury or pregnancy that may matter.

Cold-water immersion and breathwork are only ever practised guided, in person or with someone present. Never practise breath-holds in or under water. People with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, Raynaud’s, a recent illness or who are pregnant should not take part without their doctor’s approval.

4. Oils, herbs and supplements

• The Pelvic Code oils are for external use only, as described on their label. They are cosmetic and ritual products, not medicines. Patch-test first and stop if irritation appears.
• Some plants mentioned on this site (including mugwort, clary sage and yarrow) are traditionally avoided in pregnancy, while breastfeeding and when trying to conceive. Ask your doctor before using them.
• Descriptions of herbs and oils share folklore, tradition and ritual. They are not health claims.
• Food supplements mentioned on this site are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose on the label.

5. The Sanctuary tools

Astrology, the moon tracker, the oracle, inner seasons, the energy-body map and the womb self-assessment are offered for reflection, ritual and enjoyment. They do not predict the future and should not be used to make medical, financial, legal or relationship decisions. The cycle tool cannot be used for contraception or fertility planning.

6. Experiences and testimonials

Testimonials are the personal experiences of real participants, shared with their permission. Every body is different: they do not promise that you will have the same experience or results.

7. Collaborations and discount codes

Some pages mention brands Andra uses and collaborates with, including WITH ME Nutrition. Andra may receive products, a fee or a commission when you use her code or link. She only recommends what she uses herself. Purchases from these brands are made on their own websites, under their own terms.

8. Purchases and bookings

This site does not sell anything directly. The Pelvic Code membership, classes, circles, retreats and Dada Bootyque pieces are booked or bought on their own platforms (such as andratwerk.com, dadabootyque.com and The Pelvic Code membership page). Prices, payment, cancellation, refunds and your 14-day right of withdrawal, where it applies, are set out in the terms of the platform where you buy.

9. Content and intellectual property

The texts, videos, photographs, the name “The Pelvic Code”, the method and the visual identity on this site belong to Andra Bucur or are used with permission. You may share links freely, but you may not copy, record, resell or teach the content as your own without written permission.

10. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Andra is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

11. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by Romanian law, Andra is not liable for any loss or harm arising from the use of the information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Complaints and consumer rights

For any question or complaint, write first to office@andratwerk.com. We reply as soon as we can. As a consumer you can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection, ANPC, and use its alternative dispute resolution service, SAL.

13. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent Romanian courts; as a consumer you may also turn to the courts where you live. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
